Pilates Mama is designed for every stage of motherhood, from pregnancy through postpartum recovery. Expect intentional, low impact movement focused on core strength, pelvic floor connection, mobility, stability, and full body support in a calm, welcoming environment. Every class is thoughtfully structured with modifications and guidance to help you move safely, confidently, and at your own pace.
Sessions are first shared with our waitlist community before being announced publicly. Due to the limited size of each session, we recommend joining the waitlist for early access to upcoming releases and registration opportunities.
